Using Nanobeasts
Nanobeasts is a creature collection and fitness-themed game that turns step and activity progress into gameplay progression. You are responsible for using the app safely and in a way that complies with applicable laws and platform rules.

Nanobeasts is for entertainment and general wellness motivation only. It is not medical advice, a medical device, or a substitute for professional health guidance. Stop any activity that causes pain, dizziness, or discomfort, and consult a qualified professional before changing your exercise routine.
Purchases and Subscriptions
Paid features may be offered through in-app purchases or auto-renewable subscriptions. Prices, trial periods, renewal terms, and included features are shown before purchase in the app marketplace purchase sheet. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple App Store, Google Play, or applicable marketplace account settings before the renewal date.
Refunds and billing disputes are handled by the marketplace that processed the purchase, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
App Store Terms
If you download Nanobeasts from the Apple App Store, Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement applies unless a separate written agreement is provided. Apple is not responsible for support or maintenance of Nanobeasts.
Acceptable Use
Do not misuse Nanobeasts, interfere with the app or its services, attempt to bypass payment or progression systems, reverse engineer protected portions of the app except where law permits, or use the app to violate someone else's rights.
Changes and Availability
Features, prices, species, events, and availability may change over time. We may update these terms when the app changes or when legal, business, or platform requirements change.
