Information We Collect
Nanobeasts may access step count, walking, and related fitness activity data when you grant permission through Apple Health, HealthKit, Google Fit, or similar platform health services. This data is used to hatch, evolve, and progress Nanobeasts in the app.
The app may store gameplay progress, unlocked creatures, achievements, preferences, and purchase status. Nanobeasts does not require you to create an account to play.
How Information Is Used
We use app data to provide core gameplay, calculate progress, restore purchases, support subscriptions, respond to support requests, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability. Health and fitness data is not used for advertising, tracking, or sale to third parties.
On-Device and Offline Data
Nanobeasts is designed so that core gameplay can run locally on your device. Your precise location data is not required for gameplay, and the app does not sell or transfer location data. Some device data may remain only on your device unless you contact support, make a purchase, or use platform services that sync or back up app data.
Purchases and Subscriptions
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store, Google Play, or the applicable app marketplace. We do not receive your full payment card number. We may receive purchase identifiers, receipt status, subscription status, and related transaction information needed to unlock paid features and provide support.
Third Parties
We may rely on platform services and vendors such as Apple, Google, app marketplace payment systems, website hosting providers, content delivery networks, and customer support tools. These providers are expected to protect user data consistently with this policy and applicable law.
Website Data
When you visit this website, hosting providers, font providers, icon providers, content delivery networks, and embedded media services may receive standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, requested pages, and timestamps. This site does not need cookies for core functionality.
Retention and Deletion
Local gameplay data remains on your device until you delete it, reset app data, or uninstall the app. Marketplace transaction records are retained by the applicable marketplace according to its policies. If you contact support, we keep support messages only as long as needed to respond, maintain records, and comply with legal obligations.
You can request deletion of support records or other personal data we control by contacting us at support@nanobeasts.app.
Consent and Permissions
You can revoke HealthKit, fitness, notification, and other permissions through your device settings at any time. If you revoke a permission, features that depend on that permission may stop working or may use limited data.
Children
Nanobeasts is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it where required.
